Digital Only

We sell digital codes only. No physical shipping. We use the term voucher codes for everything sold on the platform, including gift cards and top-up codes.

How You Get Your Codes

Once your payment is confirmed, your codes appear in three places:

  1. Order Confirmation Page - Shown right after payment, for everyone (registered, anonymous, and guest).

  2. Email - Sent to the address you used at checkout.

  3. Account Vouchers Section - Registered and anonymous users can view all codes anytime in Voucher Codes.

Tracking Your Order

View details of the order from your account, or use the Track Order page with your order number and email if you checked out as a guest.

Delivery Time

Most orders deliver instantly. Some payment methods are processed manually during business hours. These are marked with this icon on the checkout page: Manual delivery icon

Business hours are shown in the support menu in the header, on the floating support button, and on the support page.

Partial Deliveries

Multi-item orders may arrive in batches. If your status shows Partial, some codes are already delivered and ready to use. The rest follow automatically through the same channels.

Third-Party Outages and Retries

Some codes come from third-party providers. If their service has an outage or temporary error, we retry automatically in the background. You don't need to do anything.

If retries can't complete the order, it moves to a manual review queue and is processed during business hours. You'll get an email once it's delivered.

Order Statuses

  • Pending - payment not yet confirmed.

  • Processing - payment confirmed, codes being fulfilled.

  • On Hold - queued for manual processing during business hours.

  • Under Review - additional checks in progress.

  • Partial - some codes delivered, rest still in progress.

  • Completed - all codes delivered.

  • Cancelled - order cancelled before fulfillment.

  • Failed - order could not be completed.

  • Expired - not paid in time.

  • Refunded - order refunded.

Payment Failure vs Delivery Failure

  • Payment failure: the payment was declined or expired. No order was paid and you're not charged. Just place a new order.

  • Delivery failure: the payment went through but codes couldn't be delivered immediately. This is what our auto retry and manual review handle. You won't be charged twice and no action is needed from you.

Wrong Email at Checkout

  • Registered or anonymous: your codes are in your Voucher Codes section and on your order page, no matter what email you typed.

  • Guest: contact support with your order number and proof of payment, and we'll resend to the correct email.

If We Can't Deliver At All

In rare cases an order can't be fulfilled (for example, a discontinued product or a prolonged provider outage). When that happens we cancel the order and refund automatically to your wallet or original payment method. You'll get an email confirming it.

If Delivery Is Delayed

  1. Check your inbox and spam folder.

  2. Look in Voucher Codes or use the Track Order page.

  3. Check your order status.

  4. Allow up to 5 minutes under normal conditions, longer during a provider outage.

  5. Contact support if it's still pending after the next business day.

Security

All codes are encrypted. Only the order or account owner can see them after payment is confirmed.
