By using UTop.me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use UTop.me. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Types

Registered Account. Sign in using a magic link, a one-time email code, or Google. Sessions stay active for up to 30 days. You get full access to every feature on the platform.
Anonymous Account. No email is required. You receive a 16-character identifier instead. You get full functionality, but because there is no email tied to the account, recovery options are limited if you lose your identifier. You can convert an anonymous account into a registered one at any time.
Guest Checkout. No account is created. Your email is used only for order delivery and order tracking. Guest sessions are stored in a short-lived cookie that expires after 7 days.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, anonymous identifier, magic links, and one-time codes private. Anyone who has access to them can use your account, your wallet balance, and your reward points.

Products

All items sold on UTop.me are digital, including voucher codes, gift cards, top-up codes, and digital services.
There is no physical shipping.
Stock is not guaranteed. Some products are stocked from third-party sources and quantities may change at any time.
Some products may be restricted by region, by the original provider, or by payment method.

Pricing and Currency

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
UTop.me supports multiple currencies, both fiat and cryptocurrency. Exchange rates are pulled from external rate providers and may shift between the moment you load a page and the moment you pay.
The final price is calculated and verified on our servers when you place the order. If a displayed price does not match the verified price, the order will not go through and you will be asked to refresh.

Payment Methods

UTop.me supports several payment methods, including but not limited to:

Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Ethereum, and stablecoins, processed through our crypto payment providers
UPI
Alipay, bank transfers, and other manual payment options
WebMoney
Card and other fiat payment methods through our payment gateway partners
Volet
Wallet balance (store credit held in your account)
Store-issued gift cards

Wallet balance and gift cards are full payment methods. You can use either of them to pay for an order in full, or you can combine them with another payment method to cover any remaining amount.

Available payment methods can change based on your region, currency, order amount, or product type.

Once your payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network or provider, your order is processed automatically. Please double-check the amount, currency, and destination before you send any payment, since you are responsible for what you send. Cryptocurrency payments require on-chain or Lightning network confirmations and may take time to complete.

Manual payment methods (such as Alipay or bank transfer) require us to verify the receipt before your order is released. This may take longer than automatic methods.

How Your Total Is Calculated

When you place an order, we calculate the total in this fixed order. Discounts are applied first to reduce the order total, then payment methods cover the remaining amount.

Discounts (reduce the order total):

The product price is set in your selected currency.
Your user group discount, if any, is applied.
A coupon code, if you use one, is applied to the remaining amount.
Reward points, if you choose to redeem any, are applied as a discount based on the current conversion rate.

Payments (cover the remaining amount):

Gift card balance, if you choose to apply it, pays down what is owed.
Wallet balance, if you choose to apply it, pays down what is still owed.
Anything still owed is paid using your selected external payment method.

This order is fixed so totals stay predictable.

Order Status and Fulfillment

Most voucher codes are delivered automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed and stock is available.
Some orders may be placed on hold for manual review or manual fulfillment. In that case, our team will deliver the order as soon as possible.
Codes are shown on your order page and emailed to the address linked to your account or guest checkout. They are also available in your order history.
If a third-party stock source is temporarily unavailable, your order may be retried automatically before any final outcome.
Orders flagged for fraud or that fail security checks may be cancelled, refunded, or held pending review.

Discounts

UTop.me offers three types of discounts that reduce your order total before any payment is taken: user group discounts, coupon codes, and reward point redemption.

User group discounts are applied automatically based on your account type or assigned customer group.
Coupons. Only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupons cannot be stacked. Coupons may have date limits, total or per-user usage limits, product restrictions, and minimum order amounts. Some coupons are issued automatically as a thank-you for verified product reviews.
Reward point redemption. Reward points can be redeemed at checkout to reduce your order total based on the current conversion rate. The rules for earning, redeeming, expiry, and minimum and maximum redemption per order are explained in the Reward Points section below.
Some products, sales, or order types may be excluded from certain discounts.

Wallet

Your wallet holds store credit and is a first-class payment method on UTop.me.
You can top up your wallet using any supported external payment method, or receive credit from refunds and store-issued promotions.
Wallet balance can be used to pay for eligible purchases in full or in part. It cannot be used to buy store gift cards or to pay direct payment links.
Every wallet movement is recorded in a ledger with a before and after balance.
Wallet balance may have an expiration date set at the time of the credit. Older balances are spent first.
Wallet top-ups, store credits, and refunds issued to your wallet are non-refundable to an external payment method.
Wallet balance is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Gift Cards

Store-issued gift cards are a first-class payment method on UTop.me. You can use a gift card to pay for an eligible order in full or alongside another payment method.
Gift card codes are generated using cryptographically secure random values and stored encrypted. Once issued, they hold their stated value until used or expired.
Gift cards support partial redemption. The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on future orders.
Gift cards have an expiration date. After expiration, any remaining balance is forfeited.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

Reward Points

Reward points are earned on eligible orders only. Discounted orders, gift card purchases, and wallet top-ups may be excluded from earning.
Earning rates may differ between user groups and currencies. There may be a minimum and maximum number of points awarded per order.
Reward points have no cash value on their own and cannot be transferred or sold.
Reward points are a discount tool. You can redeem them at checkout to reduce your order total, with a minimum and maximum number of points redeemable per order.
You may also convert eligible reward points into wallet balance, which can then be used as a payment method.
Reward points may expire after a set period if unused.

Reviews

UTop.me allows verified buyers to leave reviews on products and on the store itself. By submitting a review, you grant UTop.me the right to display, moderate, edit for clarity, or remove your review. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Reviews that contain abuse, spam, false claims, personal data, or content unrelated to the product may be removed. Coupons may be issued as a thank-you for verified reviews, regardless of a good or bad review and are subject to the coupon rules above.

Refunds

Because every product on UTop.me is digital, refund eligibility depends on the situation. Full details are explained in our refund policy. In short, refunds may be available when a code is not delivered, is invalid, or you are charged twice for the same order. Refunds are not available for codes that have already been viewed or redeemed, for gift card purchases, or for wallet top-ups. Refunds may be issued to your wallet, to your original payment method, or to both, at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

While using UTop.me, you agree not to:

Provide false, stolen, or impersonated payment, contact, or identity information.
Commit fraud, file false chargeback claims, or attempt to reverse a payment after receiving the digital goods.
Resell, redistribute, or claim ownership over codes in a way that breaks the original provider's rules.
Break any local, national, or international law while using the service.
Try to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, security checks, human verification, or order integrity controls.
Scrape, copy, or republish our product listings, prices, or content in bulk without permission.
Operate multiple accounts to abuse coupons, rewards, or referral systems.

UTop.me may suspend, restrict, or close any account that breaks these Terms. We may also block specific IP addresses, payment methods, or regions when abuse is detected. Funds tied to fraudulent or abusive activity may be frozen pending review.

Account Closure and Data

You can request to close your account at any time. Once an account is deleted, related personal data is removed except where we are required to retain financial, security, or audit records by law. Anonymous accounts can also be closed, but because there is no email or recovery option, this action cannot be undone. Any unused wallet balance, reward points, or gift cards on a closed account are forfeited unless the law requires otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

UTop.me is not responsible for the operation, availability, terms, or policies of any third-party provider whose codes or services we sell.
If a third-party service, website, or provider becomes unavailable, suspended, restricted, or permanently shut down after your purchase, we are not liable for any resulting loss.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is capped at the amount you actually paid for that specific order.
We are not liable for delays caused by payment networks, blockchain confirmations, fiat payment processors, or third-party verification systems.
We are not liable for losses caused by you sharing your account, magic link, one-time code, anonymous identifier, or wallet access with another person.
UTop.me is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect security, or that the service will always be free of errors.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top reflects the latest update. If you continue to use UTop.me after the updated version is posted, you accept the new Terms.
